I was going thru a bit of a rough patch mid-2000 and was living in a bit of a dump. Nevertheless, I was busy and having a lot of fun. But the craziness had to come to an end, and I move on. I found my next apartment directly at Kottbusser Tor and the bachelor life phase 2 was ready to kick off.

I was a bit of an artist too. I took part in a big group exhibition and then had a show on the Ku-Damm in berlin in a swanky gallery. And I needed to finance my lifestyle, and I thought it would move the whole bedroom out of the dumpy flat into the swanky gallery, sell the whole shit and fancy up the new (less) dump place I was moving into.

And that's what I did. The bedroom was moved into the gallery for a month. Meaning I possibly slept on the new apartment floor waiting for some weirdo to part with their cash and downgrade their interior, so I could upgrade means.

Alas, it never got sold. So I was stuck with more junk in my empty new apartment. Also good, because I needed some posters for the walls.

I have had several exhibitions over the years: big design exhibition in China, Istanbul, Berlin, Vienna, Seoul, Munich. Some of the stuff was good. Nothing much came about of my artist career. Yet!
